(For example, superheated steam with a gauge pressure of 1kg/cm2 can reach a velocity of 570-600 meters/second when discharged into the atmosphere through a hole, while for saturated steam, its velocity can also reach 470-480 meters/second. When such high-speed steam is discharged into the atmosphere, it causes high noise due to exceeding the sound velocity of 340 meters/second.). Noise reduction - results in meeting the requirements of the Industrial Enterprise Noise Hygiene Standards.

To measure the effectiveness of an exhaust suppressor, the following three aspects are mainly considered:
1. The noise reduction capacity of the pipeline muffler can meet the requirements of the Industrial Enterprise Noise Hygiene Standard.
2. Adaptability of pipeline silencers; (i.e. adapting to low spectrum broadband and high temperature and high pressure).
3. The structure of pipeline eliminators. (Reasonable size, low construction, long, etc.).
The boiler steam in the power generation department not only has high temperature and high pressure, but also a wide emission frequency bandwidth. Relying solely on small hole noise reduction is not enough. The auxiliary exhaust steam eliminator is developed based on the principle of composite noise reduction of resistance, spray, and resistance. It has a large noise reduction amount, a wide adaptability frequency band, and is designed specifically for various parameters such as low pressure, - pressure, sub high pressure, high pressure, subcritical, and - critical, The silencer is made of stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti, 12Cr1MoV) and is easy to install.
Principle of pipeline muffler:
The boiler exhaust steam eliminator is manufactured based on the principle of micro perforated plate noise reduction. The steam discharge from power plant boilers generally has a high flow rate, which has a significant impact on the noise reduction of small holes. So we need to control the flow, and the steam that passes through flow control will enter the expansion chamber and then be further depressurized and silenced. After the steam is depressurized by a large volume, it forms low-pressure steam and sprays out. During this process, the airflow is ejected through a small aperture. After spraying, the sound power of each octave band has decreased, and the frequency of sound pressure has been raised to above 20000Hz, greatly weakening its noise. But some frequencies of secondary noise still need to be further silenced. We are installing sound-absorbing cotton knots outdoors for expansion, which are designed based on the spectrum of residual noise emitted by the pressure reducing body, to effectively absorb residual noise. After the user installs according to the requirements, the total noise reduction should reach 30-60 decibels to meet the requirements.
Ordering selection:
The muffler is designed according to the user's emission target and requirements. Therefore, only when the production meets the emission target and parameters can significant noise reduction be achieved.
Therefore, when ordering consumers, the following information must be provided:
(1) Steam emissions - low (T/h), as well as pressure and temperature.
(2) Object of use (such as for boiler steam displacement or safety valve discharge, etc.).
(3) Outer diameter and wall thickness of exhaust pipe.
Blower silencer
The blower muffler is mainly suitable for reducing the intake and exhaust noise of Roots series and axial flow series fans. The blower muffler can also be used for noise reduction of exhaust pipes and other high-pressure fans, with a noise reduction amount of 10-20dB (A) and a pressure loss of less than 500Pa.
Centrifugal fan silencer
The centrifugal fan muffler is developed based on the principle of soundproof sheet noise reduction. This type of muffler has good acoustic performance and good aerodynamic performance; Reasonable in structure and easy to install, it is a honeycomb type muffler with high wind resistance. It adopts a chamber resistant adhesive straight pipe channel and a cross shaped sound-absorbing plate form.
Blow pipe silencer
Blow pipe silencers can be used to eliminate the noise generated by boilers and Pipelines during blowing. Box type blow pipe silencers are divided into upper exhaust and partial exhaust, with the upper exhaust type being a box structure and the partial exhaust type being a circular structure.
Safety valve silencer
The TA type exhaust safety valve silencer is suitable for the safety valves of pressure devices such as PCV/ERV safety valves (power release valves), drum safety valves, superheater safety valves, and reheater safety valves in power plant boilers. The safety valve muffler adopts the principle of spray impedance composite noise reduction, which replaces the smaller diameter control hole with a large hole expansion.

To prevent clogging of small holes and the difficulty of processing small holes, the diameter of small holes can be selected within the range of 1-3 millimeters (which should meet the condition of b>=8d)
