The conclusion is that a vertical tube plate heater is commonly used. The heating surface of the heater is generally composed of straight or U-shaped tube bundles made of brass pipes or slotted steel pipes.

The heated water flows out through the outlet water chamber of the heater.

1. The pipe bundle at the steam inlet is easily damaged by steam flow erosion. Low pressure heaters usually install a door protection baffle on the steam inlet pipe bundle to disperse steam flow and reduce its impact. 2. The heated water vaporizes in the heating water pipe of the heater, causing a water hammer. To prevent this phenomenon, it is required that the pressure of the heated water should be higher than the pressure of the heated vapor. 3. Non condensable gas accumulation. The air discharge pipe installed on the heater should be kept unobstructed.

Self regulating liquid level control device for gas-liquid two-phase flow
The self regulating liquid level control device for gas-liquid two-phase flow is based on the principle of gas-liquid two-phase flow. The two-phase flow drainage controller is suitable for liquid level control of various heat exchangers and expanders in enterprises such as power, chemical, petroleum, and metallurgy. It is a replacement of the drainage regulator.
Blower silencer
The blower muffler is mainly suitable for reducing the intake and exhaust noise of Roots series and axial flow series fans. The blower muffler can also be used for noise reduction of exhaust pipes and other high-pressure fans, with a noise reduction amount of 10-20dB (A) and a pressure loss of less than 500Pa.
Blow pipe silencer
Blow pipe silencers can be used to eliminate the noise generated by boilers and pipelines during blowing. Box type blow pipe silencers are divided into upper exhaust and partial exhaust, with the upper exhaust type being a box structure and the partial exhaust type being a circular structure.
Replacing the tube of the shaft seal heater

Steam seal heater tube replacement and renovation
The steam seal heater adopts a horizontal U-shaped surface heat exchanger for pipe replacement and transformation. The pipe material is stainless steel pipe, and in addition to expansion joint, the pipe also needs to be sealed and welded with the pipe plate; HSn-70-1 tin brass is also used and fixed on the tube plate by expanding the tube.

The high working pressure of the pressure type rotary film deaerator is 0.59MPa or 0.78MPa (for subcritical units). The pressure of the low-pressure rotary film deaerator is greater than the ambient pressure (0.12MPa), and the temperature of the low-pressure rotary film deaerator is heated to 104 degrees with an oxygen content not exceeding 15ug/L. The temperature of the pressure type rotary film deaerator is around 160 degrees.

These vapor compounds enter the shaft seal cooler and are cooled into water, etc.
